At SENTIQ, we take hygiene and product safety very seriously. Because our products are classified as cosmetics and personal care items, we follow strict return guidelines to protect all customers.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Used products

  • Opened products

  • Unsealed products

  • Sale or promotional items

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and body products, all sales are considered final once the product seal is broken.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement if approved.

Refunds (if applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within *7–14 business days*.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
